In Seattle we have a similar place called Laughing Buddha Tattoo and Piercing

Ironically, I started a tattoo there that includes a lotus with the seed symbol of the Amida Buddha.

Well, aaaaaactually (teacher voice) if you look at nearly any statue of the Buddha you will see that he usually has very prominent earlobes and usually you can see the large holes in them. That is because as a prince, he wore large heavy earrings. Not plugs, though he could have. That would count as a body modification. And if you look at Tibetan and Nepali thanka paintings, as well as others, you will see a number of other deities and historical Buddhas similarly depicted with the earrings actually in- usually symbolic of their "royal" spiritual accomplishments.

So all us big eared dhamra punx are impersonating royalty. Chew on that irony for a minute!

Hey, they're local to us (near Austin)! They are good people -- I've traded with them for a few years now. Always friendly and fair.
