It seems that Boston rock club Avalon has been “reincarnated” as The House of Blues — and said reincarnation comes complete with (as this story reports) “the opulent and undeniably lovely Foundation Room, [with] walls upholstered in Indian wedding dresses, a product of [HoB founder Isaac] Tigrett’s time in India where he became a Buddhist.”

I’m gonna be there in March to see Morrissey. Hopefully I can snap a couple pix to share…
