“She’s more enlightend.” I have a feeling that’s from NBC’s mouth, not hers. I’ve been interviewed once by LA Times and they quoted me with things I never said!
Besides, the ones who tripped into Buddhism last week are the ones that experience the Dharma in its most earth-shattering, transformational way.
I have the opposite experience: Since I’m Asian, even though I’ve only been practicing for a few years, people think I’ve been doing this my whole life.
Happy to hear the Dharma is infiltrating into the heartland. Good stuff.
