		<description>The guy who used to post there is not what he claims to be, his claim to be a Tulku is false. His real name is Bill Cassidy and does have an extensive background as an arms dealer and minor political figure in Las Vegas. I believe that the long hiatus in posing stemmed from an arrest for parole violation.

It&#039;s really long but if you read through it, it becomes clear that he is a con man, and that he is using sock puppet identities to defend himself (Susan Nevis is one).
