this kinda thinking always made me crazy. it’s:

1. a fictional movie
2. a comedy/parody not aimed at any specific religion

the type of people who would see a mike myers comedy move and form their opinion of a group of people or religion based on it are idiots to begin with. showing them a flattering portrayal wouldn’t swing their opinion the other way anyways.
